Homes With Stories
A lovely new travel blog focused around stories of curated homes on AirBnB. From Alfred’s launch post:
We create stories around the homes, who owns them, where they are and what to do in the area.

Atls taps into your Facebook account to ease sharing travel guides with friends. You create maps and fill them with places, and your friends can create mashup-maps of yours and other people’s suggestions. Sounds simple enough but as always, execution is key and these guys seem to be on the right track.
— Bonnier R&D did a nice writeup on social travel services and were kind enough to mention Atls.
Tired of dry and tasteless inflight meals? Bring your plane picnic from Plane Food, Gordon Ramsays new restaurant at Heathrow Airport, London. If you have 25 minutes to spare try the plane two course meal. If you´re rushing to your next flight - get the picnic. A la carte, bar menu, breakfast menu and an extended wine list. Well, looks pretty good to us.

Secret headquarters, maybe the best comics store in the world? Dubbed by Cory Doctorow to be up there at least.

Restaurante Book in Porto, Portugal. Made up of two old bookstores, the literary theme just keeps on giving in this restaurant. For example, menus are bookmarks inserted in old books.
